Question of the Day

I was at a friend's house a couple of weeks ago, and she handed me a cup of coffee that was part decaf and part regular. I know that some people regularly mix the two, and I wondered what the reasons were.

Enough people want "half-caff" that the big coffee manufacturers have started selling it that way. It's for those who want a little caffeine, but not much, or for those whose taste buds can detect a difference in flavor btwn. reg. and decaf.---they want to retain some of the regular flavor without getting the big jolt from the caffeine.
